ICT Roadshow continues in Region Four
Grades 10 and 11 students from Cummings Lodge Secondary, on Friday, March 24, 2023, participated in the Office of the Prime Minister-Industry and Innovation Unit’s ICT Roadshow.
The ICT Roadshow explores emerging technologies and techniques. It also encourages young people to join the ICT industry and develop an appreciation towards the sector.
Panellists included representatives from the University of Guyana’s Robotics Club, the Guyana Telecommunication Agency, the Industry and Innovation Unit within the Office of the Prime Minister and the Ministry and Agriculture.
This week the roadshow will be held at North Georgetown Secondary and Diamond Secondary School.
The roadshow is observed under the theme: “Today’s Youth, Tomorrow’s Digital Innovators.”
