Patentia and surrounding communities completed the Unit’s basic ICT training programme.
As the Industry and Innovation Unit continues to bridge the digital divide, some 30 children and young adults from the Patentia and surrounding communities completed the Unit’s basic ICT training programme.
Delivering the feature remarks, Vice Chairman for the Regional Democratic Council, Mr Omesh Satyanand urged the graduates to embrace any opportunity for self-development.
Also addressing today’s event was the Planning Coordinator of the Industry and Innovation Unit, Mr Shawn Coonjah and Headmistress of the Patentia Secondary School, Ms. Chevon Smith.
