BUILDING DIGITAL SKILLS FOR EDUCATION, INCLUSION, AND NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Advanced ICT Training was successfully completed at the St. Cuthbert’s Mission ICT Hub, located along the Soesdyke-Linden Highway, with 30 participants completing the programme. The participants included teachers from nursery, primary, and secondary schools, as well as community residents, demonstrating the broad impact of ICT training on education and community life. The initiative is part of a nationwide effort to enhance digital skills and improve access to technology-based learning and development. As Guyana continues to advance digitally, being proficient in ICT is essential for increasing productivity, supporting innovation, and empowering individuals to thrive in a modern society.
