For the first time, the Industry and Innovation Unit within the Office of the Prime Minister hosted its Train the Trainers Programme in Region 8 at the Kato ICT Hub. The programme engaged 32 participants from Kato and neighbouring satellite villages, creating an important space for learning, collaboration, and skills development. By equipping participants with practical ICT knowledge, the initiative is helping to strengthen community capacity and support the sharing of digital skills across the region. This milestone reflects a continued commitment to empowering hinterland communities and expanding access to opportunities through ICT.
